WHO WE ARE
The Jamieson Ritter Foundation carries forward Jamieson's commitment to service, leadership, and community.
IN MEMORY OF JAMIESON
Jamieson Ritter was a McQuaid Jesuit graduate, Army ROTC cadet, National Guard officer, and a Cleveland police officer. On July 4, 2024, he gave his life in the line of duty while protecting the city he served. Jamieson was remembered for his charisma, intelligence, and heart for service. He loved athletics, animals, and bringing energy to every room he entered. Through this foundation, we carry forward his legacy, not with words alone, but with action.
OUR MISSION
The Jamieson Ritter Foundation honors Jamieson’s legacy of service by strengthening law enforcement and community relationships, recognizing young leaders through our Public Service Award, and supporting causes that reflect the values of service, compassion, and civic responsibility. We invite others to join us in building safer, more connected, communities.
Jamieson's commitment to service lives on through the programs we champion and the partnerships we support.

A LEGACY IN ACTION
From scholarships and ceremonies to dock diving and donation drives, Jamieson's memory moves people to act. Every event, every partnership, and every smile shared is a tribute to a life that still inspires.
